We at National Smokeless Tobacco Company Limited (“NSTC”) respect your concerns about privacy. This Privacy Statement describes the types of personal information we collect from consumers in Canada apart from our website, how we use the information, and with whom we share it. Information We Collect


If you sign up to receive updates or other communications from NSTCO, such as for research, government relations or marketing purposes, we collect certain personal information (such as your first and last name, mailing address, telephone number and/or email address). We also may collect optional information such as your gender and tobacco product preferences.


We also may collect your signature, date of birth and/or request to view a valid government-issued photo identification in order to confirm that you have reached the legal age to purchase tobacco products in your jurisdiction of residence.


When you contact us with a comment, question or complaint, we collect your name, email address and other information you provide.


We also collect information you provide in connection with a job application or related inquiry (such as that contained in a resume, cover letter, or similar employment-related materials).

How We Use the Information We Collect


We may use the information described above to:

  • To send you communications by email or mail or contact you via telephone;
  • To tailor our communications to you;
  • Comply with and enforce applicable legal requirements, industry standards and our policies and terms;
  • Respond to your question or request and to improve our product and service offerings;
