Operating Responsibly

Underage Tobacco Use Prevention

Tobacco products are for adults only. As a leader in responsibly distributing smokeless tobacco products for adult tobacco consumers, National Smokeless Tobacco Company takes underage access prevention seriously. Children should not use any tobacco products. We take action to help reduce underage tobacco use, educate retailers on responsible retail sales, and support and participate in programs to help reduce the underage use of tobacco products. We also support initiatives and actions by governments to help prevent underage access to tobacco products, including enhanced age verification legislation and penalties for non-compliance.
